🚫 We do NOT ship to: Military bases (APO/FPO), Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking numbers may take 5-7 business days to be updated in the system.

4. Return & Refund Policy

• The order is not delivered within 30 days from the shipping date.

• The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

• The customer refuses to accept the package.

• The package was attempted for delivery multiple times but was not received.

• The customer changed their mind after receiving the product.

5. Taxes & Customs Duties

6. Order Modification & Cancellation

• You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

• After 24 hours, orders will be processed, and modifications will not be possible.
