📌 Where Are My Items Coming From?
Our products are stored in multiple warehouses, including the VietNam and China. Based on your location and product availability, your order will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center.
📌 How Can I Modify My Order?
We allow order modifications within 3 hours of purchase. To request a change, please contact us at cs@SuperHeroesDirect.com with your order number and requested modification.
📌 Can I Receive My Order in My Country?
Yes! We ship to over 200 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, and South Africa.
🚫 However, we do not ship to military bases (APO/FPO), Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, or other restricted areas.
📌 How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

📌 What Is Your Return and Replacement Policy?
We accept returns and replacements if:
✅ The product arrives damaged or defective.
✅ The product differs significantly from the description (wrong design, size, material).
✅ The product is not delivered within 30 days.
❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by customers.

📌 What Evidence Should I Submit for a Return or Replacement?
To process your return or replacement, please provide:
📸 A clear photo of the shipping label and tracking number.
📦 A photo of the product’s SKU or packaging.
❌ A close-up image showing the defect or incorrect product received.
💬 Screenshots of prior email communication (if applicable).
